It’s not always easy to know where to turn to it someone just needs a little bit of help or support with day to day living. But there is a lot of help available, and often its available in the community.
Community Help Points are trusted, accessible placse in each district in Staffordshire, that people can visit on a regular basis, i.e. libraries or community centres. It’s a place where you can get help and advice to help with your everyday life, health and wellbeing.

Family Hubs Staffordshire
There are eight virtual Family Hubs across the county where you can find advice and support, and connect with others in your area.
This help is mainly through the Family Hub Facebook pages, but you can also access information:
- To help you in your home, from cooking to crafts
- To help your child to get ‘school ready’
- To help you volunteer in or find out more about Staffordshire’s Children’s Centres
